All orders are processed in small batches with care. Most orders ship within 1–7 business days. This time includes picking, packing, and preparing your order before it leaves our facility.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer reliable shipping options based on your location:

  • Domestic Orders: 2–5 business days via standard postal service

  • International Orders: 1–4 weeks, depending on customs and your country’s postal service

Please note these are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or postal service issues beyond our control.

International Shipping & Customs

If you are ordering from outside the UAE:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes

  • These fees are not included in the shipping cost

  • Customs processing times vary, and we cannot guarantee or expedite clearance

  • Packages cannot be marked as “gifts” to avoid customs
