• These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are charged separately by local authorities

• We cannot control or predict these charges—they vary by country and order value

• Packages cannot be marked as “gifts” to avoid customs, as this is illegal and could cause delays or issues

Some international shipments may be held at customs for additional processing. This is entirely up to your country’s customs agency.

While most orders arrive on time, delays are possible and beyond our control once the package leaves our facility.
