We want you to love what you ordered—but we also ask for your understanding. Every return impacts our small team, so we kindly ask you to shop thoughtfully and follow the guidelines below. 💛
What’s Eligible for Return?
We currently accept returns on full-priced clothing (not marked as Sale).
To qualify, your clothing item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of wear

Returned within 15 days of delivery

Accompanied by the original packing slip (this helps us locate your order and process it faster!)
🚫 Clothing purchased with a promo code (but not from the Sale section) is returnable for store credit only
🚫 Original shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable, as they’re paid directly to USPS. To request a refund for those fees, please contact the post office directly.
How to Start a Return (for Clothing)
To begin, please reach out with the following details:

The item(s) you’re returning

The reason for your return

Whether you’d prefer store credit (we cover return shipping) or a refund to your original payment method (you cover return shipping)

Pack your item carefully and include the packing slip

Drop it off at USPS within 15 days of receiving your order
🛑 All returns are inspected once received. If an item doesn’t meet our return standards, we may issue a partial refund or deny the return.
Non-Returnable Items
We only accept returns on full-priced clothing.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Anything in the Sale section (including clothing)

Drinkware and Lifestyle items

Greeting cards, slippers, and e-gift cards

Full-priced clothing purchased during special promotions (returnable for store credit only)
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different size or color, we recommend returning your clothing item and placing a new order.
Received the Wrong or a Damaged Item?
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

A clear photo of the issue

✨ Note: Color variation due to lighting or screen settings isn’t considered damage.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Refunds can be issued as:

Store credit (sent as an e-gift card—we cover return shipping)
